The CEM24-Super telephone controlled thermostat has been designed for homes, condos, rental properties, vacation homes, boats, recreational vehicles, offices etc. By simply calling a telephone number, you can find out the room temperature, and if any fault condition exists, place the control in "economy or comfort" mode.

When replacing a regular heat only mechanical thermostat with this electronic thermostat, a third wire will be required to supply the 24 vac common. When using this thermostat in a Heat/Cool system a fifth wire will be required to supply the 24 vac common.

Quick Start Instructions:

Dial the phone at the thermostat location, after 4 rings you will hear “hello it’s your thermostat, please enter password.
Press 1.2.3.4. then, the # key.
Then the thermostat will say “Temperature in the room is xx deg” ---“System is ON” or
System is OFF” ---“Mode is now economy mode”---“Please enter your desired command”

Commands:

Press * 1 # to turn System ON
Press * 2 # to turn System OFF
Press * 3 # to select cooling temperature e.g. 72 #
Press * 4 # to select heating temperature e.g. 70 #
Press * 5 # to select system mode:
- 1 # selects AUTO HEAT/COOL
- 2 # selects FAN only
- 3 # selects Cooling only
- 4 # selects Heat only
Press * 6 # to select Program On/Off:
- 1 # Program On
- 2 # Program OFF
Press * 7 # to select Turn Economy Mode On/Off:
- 1 # Economy Mode On
- 2 # Economy Mode OFF
Press * O # for Command Mode:
Press * 9 # after every session to save your changes, then hang up to end the call.
