Warranty Replacement 

If an item you purchased from us fails within the manufacturer's warranty period you can return it to us and we will replace (or repair) it for free. You pay for shipping to us, we will pay for shipping back to you via UPS Ground.  If we no longer carry the product you want replaced / repaired you may have to return it to the manufacturer.   
PLEASE NOTE: A return authorization number must be approved prior to return shipping (see below).

Return Policy

Any of our products that do not perform to your expectations may be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, if product is in original working condition, with original packaging and includes the original invoice. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. A 15% restocking charge will apply to all returns.

Make sure to include the following information:

• Your order/invoice number
• Your name and contact information
• The reason for the return
